Weight management, minus the guesswork.

A practitioner-led plan built around your body, your bloods and the way you actually live. Online, anywhere in Australia.

No two bodies are the same. No two plans should be, either.

Medical weight management looks at the whole picture: your history, your bloods, your routine and your goals. Then an Australian-registered practitioner builds a plan around them.

Weight management, explained.

A practitioner-led approach to weight. It starts with a proper health assessment, not a generic diet, and becomes a plan you can actually follow.

Assessment first.

Built on your history, routine and, where relevant, your bloods.

Practitioner-led.

A registered practitioner looks at sleep, stress, hormones and medications.

Only what's appropriate.

Prescription medicines only where clinically appropriate. Never a shortcut.

A plan, not a quick fix.

What your practitioner looks at, and what you get along the way.

A couple laughing as they walk arm in arm through a leafy park

The whole picture.

Your plan starts with you, not a template.

How it works

Four steps. Zero waiting rooms.

  1. Answer a two-minute health check, then pick a time that suits for a private video consult. No referral needed.

  2. Your practitioner reviews your history and goals, orders bloods where clinically relevant, and builds a plan around you.

  3. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, it's dispensed by an Australian pharmacy and delivered to your door.

  4. Regular check-ins with your care team to review how you're going, adjust your plan and answer questions.

A prescription is one possible outcome of a consultation, issued only where clinically appropriate.

Your consult decides what's appropriate. If it isn't right for you, we'll tell you, and point you somewhere that is.

Questions? Good.

The quick answers. Anything else, ask your practitioner.

Do I need to be a certain weight to book?

No. Your practitioner looks at your whole health picture, not one number, and talks you through which options are appropriate for you.

Will I be prescribed medication?

Only if your practitioner decides it's clinically appropriate. Plenty of plans focus on nutrition, activity, sleep and regular check-ins.

Do I need blood tests?

Where it's clinically relevant, your practitioner can order bloods and take you through every result.

How often are check-ins?

It depends on your plan. Your practitioner sets a schedule that suits you and adjusts it as you go.

Can I do it all online?

Yes. Health check, consult, plan and check-ins all happen online, anywhere in Australia. If you need a test in person, we'll point you to a local collection centre.

What does it cost?

You'll see your consultation fee before you pay. Any treatment costs are explained before you commit. No surprises.
