Longevity, without the hype.

A practitioner-led plan for the years ahead, built on your history, your habits and your bloods. Online, anywhere in Australia.

Good health is a long game. Plan for it like one.

Longevity care looks at where your health is now: your history, family history, habits and, where relevant, your bloods. Then an Australian-registered practitioner builds a plan around them.

Longevity and wellness, explained.

A practitioner-led approach to looking after your health for the long term. It starts with a proper baseline, not a trend, and becomes a plan you can keep up.

A real baseline.

Your history, family history and, where relevant, your bloods.

Practitioner-led.

A registered practitioner looks at sleep, movement, stress and medications.

Evidence, not hype.

Treatment only where clinically appropriate. No miracle promises.

Small habits, long view.

What your practitioner considers, and the support that follows.

How it works

Four steps. Zero waiting rooms.

  1. Answer a two-minute health check, then pick a time that suits for a private video consult. No referral needed.

  2. Your practitioner reviews your history and goals, orders bloods where clinically relevant, and builds a plan around you.

  3. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, it's dispensed by an Australian pharmacy and delivered to your door.

  4. Regular check-ins with your care team to review how you're going, adjust your plan and answer questions.

A prescription is one possible outcome of a consultation, issued only where clinically appropriate.

Is it right for me? Let's find out.

Your consult decides what's appropriate. If it isn't right for you, we'll tell you, and point you somewhere that is.

Questions? Good.

The quick answers. Anything else, ask your practitioner.

Do I need to be unwell to book?

No. Many people book for a baseline while they feel well, then plan from there with their practitioner.

Can this slow down ageing?

No one can honestly promise that. What we can do is assess your health now and build a practical plan with you.

Will I be prescribed anything?

Only if your practitioner decides it's clinically appropriate. Plenty of plans centre on sleep, movement, nutrition and regular review.

Which bloods will I need?

Where it's clinically relevant, your practitioner orders the tests that make sense for you and takes you through every result.

How often are check-ins?

It depends on your plan. Your practitioner sets a schedule that suits you and adjusts it as you go.

What does it cost?

You'll see your consultation fee before you pay. Any treatment costs are explained before you commit. No surprises.
