Real care, minus the waiting room.
A short health check, a private video consult and a plan built around you. Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Six steps, start to finish.
You always know what's next, and who's looking after you.
-
Step 1: Health check
Answer a few questions about your health, history and goals. It takes about two minutes.
Your answers go only to your care team.
-
Step 2: Private video consult
Meet an Australian-registered practitioner by video at a time that suits. They go through your history, medications and what you want to work on.
A real-time consult, never just a questionnaire.
-
Step 3: Bloods, where clinically relevant
If it helps your practitioner understand the picture, they'll order blood tests and take you through every marker.
Not everyone needs bloods. Your practitioner decides.
-
Step 4: Your plan
Your practitioner builds a plan around your body, your goals and your life. It might include lifestyle changes, monitoring, a referral or treatment.
Sometimes the right answer is no treatment at all.
-
Step 5: Prescription, only if appropriate
If your practitioner decides a prescription is clinically appropriate, it's issued and filled by an Australian pharmacy. You'll get the details in your patient account.
No script, no treatment. Never a shortcut.
-
Step 6: Ongoing check-ins
Regular check-ins with your care team to review how you're going, adjust the plan and answer questions.
Book and reschedule from your patient account.
Know your numbers.
Where it's clinically relevant, your practitioner can order bloods and take you through every marker in plain English.
- Ordered only when they help your plan
- Reviewed with you by your practitioner

Telehealth isn't right for every concern. Your practitioner may recommend an in-person assessment, your GP, a specialist or urgent care instead. In an emergency, call 000.
Questions? Good.
The quick answers. Anything else, ask your practitioner.
How long does the consult take?
Long enough to do it properly. Your practitioner takes the time to go through your history and goals, and you can ask as many questions as you need.
Do I need to turn my camera on?
Yes. Consults happen by video so your practitioner can assess you properly in real time.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. A prescription is one possible outcome, issued only where your practitioner decides it's clinically appropriate. Your plan might be advice, monitoring, a referral or no treatment.
What if telehealth isn't right for me?
Your practitioner will tell you, and point you to the right care, whether that's your GP, a specialist or an in-person assessment.
What does it cost?
You'll see your consultation fee before you pay. Any treatment costs are explained before you commit. No surprises.
Ready when you are.
Two minutes for the health check. Then a real practitioner, on your schedule.
